– Can we stay at Caswell House? –
Caswell House has 15 guest bedrooms available on site that are exclusively reserved for the couple to share with their guests.

– Can we leave our cars on site? –
Guests are welcome to leave their cars on site in our main car park. We ask that they are removed by 10.30am the following morning.

We are unable to charge cars on site, but have charging sites minutes away:

– Do you allow camping or caravans? –
Camping, caravans or any form of mobile accommodation are not permitted on site at Caswell House. Please see below for local camping and caravan parks:
– Can I bring my dog? –
Unfortunately we are unable to welcome pets to Caswell House. We recommend The Four Paws Pet Hotel or Muddy Paws
– Is there Wi-Fi? –
Caswell House has complimentary WIFI throughout.
– Does the bar take card? –
Caswell House is a card only bar, cash payments cannot be taken. Please note we can accept payment via VISA or Mastercard; we are unable to accept AMEX.
Please note our bar will open post ceremony. Water is available pre ceremony.
– Accessibility –
Caswell House is flat access and free of steps throughout the venue with a disabled access toilet. All guest areas are spacious with easy access for wheelchairs and we have ample parking situated just behind the venue. In addition, we have an easy access bedroom available in our Rymonds Barn, with wider access doorways and larger bathroom. Please note accommodation is via invitation from the couple.
– Attending with a baby –
Caswell House has baby changing facilities available in the barns. In addition we can provide an area to feed, please just ask a member of the team.

Car
Caswell House is easily accessible via the A40. Please use the postcode OX18 3NJ or search “Caswell House” via google maps which will bring you directly to Caswell House.
Train
The closest train stations are Hanborough (11 miles) or Oxford (14.5 miles). A further journey from the station to Caswell House via taxi would be required.
