The Coach House (sleeps 2)
This lovingly renovated ground floor accommodation has a 5 star rating from Visit Britain. It is spacious yet surprisingly cosy, with lovely westerly views over the moat, and is extremely popular for weekend breaks from city life.
The living room
The large open plan living room, with flagstone floor, underfloor heating and rugs, has two very comfortable sofa-beds, comfy chairs, a large television with dvd player, broadband, a selection of books and board games. The kitchen is well-equipped with integrated washing-drier, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a dining area overlooking the moat. What more could you ask for !
Super-king or twin room
The spacious bedroom offers the choice of super-king or twin beds for your comfort and continues the theme from the living room with constant warmth from underfloor heating. The bathroom has a bath, shower, and heated towel-rail to keep the towels warm and inviting.
The old copper
The Coach House retains its rural, rustic charm with the exposed honey-coloured stonework and the original washing copper and bread oven. The Coach House won an award for its design in 2006 from the Federation of Master Builders.
